This way of approaching projects also leads to avoiding low value projects which can avoid disappointment. Sometimes you simply must do a low value project for legal or compliance reasons but at least everyone understands upfront there is no ROI. But knowing the ROI is the moral and ethical approach. This is a much better way to do business.

It's just too bad procurement departments don't think this way. So how do you use value pricing in the race to the bottom when the buyer is looking for the lowest cost? I have my ideas but would love to get your ideas Casey as well as your community's thoughts.
